Extra Edition: Difficult Game

Author note: The game content is not exactly the same as the original.

“Mumu…….”

The living room of the house.

A fairy girl was staring at the TV monitor with a strange, mysterious face.

“Oh, you’re playing a game that doesn’t suit you, Fel.”

She is playing a strategy simulation that is very opposite of her dumb behavior.

Faio Emblem.

The player commands the various characters in their army to conquer the enemy territory displayed on the map.

It’s one of the most difficult games in the RPG genre, and once your character dies, he or she will never come back to life.

To be frank, it’s not the right choice for Fell.

But the fairy girl seems strangely confident.

“My army is strong … Go, Tuuga!”

The first thing Fel does is deploy allied warriors clad in heavy armor to the front lines.

I don’t know where she got the information, but it’s the right game theory.

Tuuga has high defense and is resistant to the physical attacks of enemy soldiers.

Using him as a tanker to defeat the enemy is the royal road in the early stages of the game.

TLN: Draug right?

“Good job, Fell!”

“Keep moving forward!”

For some reason, the neighborhood kids came into my house and were raising their voices while watching the fairy play.

I wonder if these kids are the ones giving her some advice.

Now, from here, Fel’s army is going to attack the castle that lies in front of them.

Before that, the enemy dragon knights came from the north with high mobility.

It’s a very strong enemy with high attack and defense. Now, what will you do, Fel?

“Toppo said it’s better to fight flying enemies with a bow.”

Karen-chan offered her advice.

Indeed, she is right. Archers are a good match for dragons and pegasus, and can deal a lot of damage.

“Mumu. Then I’ll use the bow. Kashima, shoot!”

Apparently, Fel is entirely playing the game under the direction of the kids.

She moves her hunter team members to snipe the dragon knight from distance.

“Ooh, 69 damage with the iron bow! That’s awesome!”

“Kashima, invincible!”

Fel, who had defeated the enemy in the sky with her archers, snorted at the strength of her army.

Next, she seemed to be planning to attack the interior of the castle.

“Tuuga, let’s go!”

As according to the tactic, Fel moves Tuuga as a tanker to the front of the enemy red hero.

However, I know. That enemy is dangerous.

When he entered the battle, the hero cut through Tuuga with his long, thick sword.

Normally, the damage would only be two or three at most because of the armor’s defense,…….

For some reason, the sword cut deep into Tuuga’s body.

“Geh, 16 damage? Why?”

“Oh, it’s got an armor killer! And two hits in a row!”

Armor Killer. It’s a sword that exerts an unusual power against heavy warriors like Tuuga.

The hero’s power and speed, and a lethal weapon.

Due to a combination of bad luck, Tuuga’s HP was instantly reduced to zero.

[Ars-sama ……. Godspeed …….]

He left a sad will to the commander and became a man who never returned.

“Nuahhhhhhhhhhhhh …He died!”

Fel was very confused by this result.

Yes. Tuuga is really dead.

“What a bad luck …”

“It’s not luck. It’s because you don’t look at the enemy’s information properly.”

Karen’s point is correct.

This kind of tragedy can be prevented if you check the enemy’s information carefully.

Challenging an enemy with an armor killer with Armored Knights is, to put it bluntly, stupid.

In the end, Fel got carried away and blew herself up.

The only way to bring Tuga back to life is to reset the game, but she is a dumb.

Or maybe she’s just too lazy to do it. She’s proceed as it is.

“No choice. Ozma, go!

Apparently, there are still a second plan.

The fearless mercenary man that Fel nominated successfully cut down the hero with his silver sword.

TLN: Ogma right?

“Fuofofofo. Ozma, strongest!”

Ozma’s level is eighteen in this eighth stage.

Apparently, she’s raised this character quite a bit.

There is also a strategy for defeating Faio Emblem, which is to fight with a single strong warrior.

Place a strong character in a place such as a fort that recovers HP, and single-handedly annihilate the enemies that come near you.

It’s a super simple strategy, but if you’re lucky, it will work.

I wondered if Fel was doing that strategy, and Ozma alone began to decimate the rest of the enemies.

The battle of the mercenaries was glamorous and fast, and it was easy to strike a satisfying blow.

Ozma’s single strike uprooted the enemy soldier’s strength and killed them one by one.

“Wow! After all Ozma is the best!”

“The Killing Sword is giving off a lot of damage.”

The children were overjoyed to see the mercenary’s success.

However, this strategy was simple, but it was also risky.

No matter how strong he is, his HP won’t last if he’s surrounded by a swarm of enemies attacking him one after another without a moment to rest.

In order for this strategy to succeed, Ozma would have to avoid the enemy’s attacks several times.

In other words, in the end, it’s all about luck.

As I watched the battle, Ozma was taking more and more damage as he defeated his enemies, and was getting cornered.

“Gununu ……. I’ll heal Ozma!”

Without a moment’s hesitation, Fel instructs her priest to support him from afar with her staff.

However, the amount of recovery is only 11, which is not enough to recover in time.

“At this rate, Ozma’s going to die.”

“It’s over, Fel.”

“Why ……? My strategy must have been perfect. ……”

Abandoned by the children, Fel was completely devastated.

It’s not perfect, and I think it’s her own fault. ……

“Lina sister, can’t you do something about this?”

“Lina, please help Ozma. ……”

For some reason, the fairy and the children are pleading to me.

It can’ t be helped.

“Well, since it’ s your turn, there is a way. The clue is the item Ozma got earlier.”

When I hinted at it, Fel immediately checked Ozma’s belongings.

There is an item called the “Proof of Hero” that was dropped by the enemy just now.

“Right! Fel, use it on Ozma!”

“Ooh, ooh!”

With Toby’s instructions, Fel used the proof of hero without hesitation.

Then a bolt of lightning struck Ozma’s body.

He transformed his form from a light mercenary to a blue armor and shield.

“C-cool ……!”

Fel and the others watched with admiration at his gallant appearance.

It was the familiar RPG class change.

Ozma, now a “hero,” has all of her stats increased at once.

It’s a foul level of strength at this stage.

To test it out, Fel sent Ozma into a nearby enemy.

Having become a hero, he quickly dove into the enemy’s territory and knocked them down with a single blow.

“S-strong!”

“Too easy…”

It doesn’t give them time to fight back. That is the power of class change.

He knocked down the enemies that attacked him one after another and completely overwhelmed the surroundings.

“Whoa! Ozma is the best!”

“Hero is so cool!”

Fel went on with this momentum and defeated the castle boss, cleared the stage, and saved the game.

Hmmm.

It’s interesting to watch.

But it’s not a good strategy.

I’ll give her some advice here.

“You know what, Fel? It’s good that Ozma is strong, but if you don’t raise the other characters, it’ll get tough sooner or later.”

“Don’t worry. I’ll raise Tuuga for the next stage!”

Fel, who is so proud of herself, still seems to be missing some basic intelligence.

“Fel. Tuuga won’t come back to life.”

“That’s right… He was killed in the last stage.”

“Eh…”

The Fairy’s eyes dimmed at the children’s remarks.

I knew she had forgotten the fundamental rule that once a character dies, they never come back.

Now that she had overwritten the data with new save, she could no longer go back to the previous stage.

The fairy girl wept at the unexpected death of the young heavy knight.

“Ugh, farewell Tuuga. ……”

That day, Fel built a small grave for the young knight in our backyard.

Not that I don’t feel her sadness. But~ it’s an insignificant story.

When I posted the video of that day on youtube, the Faio Emblem fans responded immediately.

[I think she did a good job, despite being a dumb kid.]

[That’s what a beginner looks like. ……]

[She is a kind girl who mourns the loss of her friends.]

[I didn’t expect that Tuuga’s grave would be in Maldea. ……]

The earthlings were enjoying watching the gameplay of the fairy who was falling down seven times.

The next day. Fel tried the next stage, but he threw the controller away the moment the enemy reinforcements killed Ozma. ……
